Our Club’s effectiveness is based upon having a membership that is involved and active in projects and activities. Our club strives to have good attendance. If a member misses our morning meeting, there are plenty of opportunities to "make-up".

3. Attend an e-meeting ~ Article 8, Section 1, Number 7 of the Standard Rotary Club Constitution defines specific requirements for online make-ups. "If, within fourteen (14) days before or after the regular time" of a Club meeting you are seeking to make-up, you "participate through a club website in an interactive activity requiring an average of 30 minutes of participation" a make-up will be granted. You MUST honor this "30-minute rule" when completing your make-up!  If you have any questions about or problems with your make-up, please e-mail us at info@rotaryeclub7890.org
OPTION 1
Visit the "Weekly Program" section of our online discussion group. Find and click on the thread for the CURRENT week. If the current week is related to club-specific business only, please choose the next previous week.

1. Read the original post (the one you must respond to) at the BOTTOM of the page. PLEASE NOTE: You can only READ the posts on this page. DO NOT attempt to log in with a username/password.
2. Complete ALL the fields in the OPTION 1 Make-Up Request Form and respond to the "Weekly Program" in the designated area.
3. Upon receiving your make-up form, an automated response will be sent to you via e-mail. Within 7 days, we will post your response to our online discussion forum. PLEASE NOTE: By completing an online make-up with us, you agree to have your name, Club name, and e-mail address appear on our discussion forum. Your e-mail address WILL NOT be used by us for any purpose other than mailing you a make-up coupon.

If your response is incomplete, or you supply an invalid e-mail address, you WILL NOT receive a make-up coupon!

1. Read any one of the articles in the Rotary in the News or News Releases sections of the Rotary International Web site.
2. Complete ALL the fields in the OPTION 2 Make-Up Request Form, answering all questions completely.
3. Upon receiving your make-up form, an automated response will be sent to you via e-mail. Within 7 days, we will post your response to our online discussion forum. PLEASE NOTE: By completing an online make-up with us, you agree to have your name, Club name, and e-mail address appear on our discussion forum. Your e-mail address WILL NOT be used by us for any purpose other than mailing you a make-up coupon.
